Disc problems, including slipped discs, form part of the chain that we refer to as the “ladder of back problems”. The main cause of this ladder is the kidneys being undersupplied with minerals.
These two organs require a certain amount of minerals every day from unadulterated food which is rich in energy so that they are able to eliminate the acids and toxins which accumulate every day, just like a blacksmith or fitter needs his hammer, pliers or other tools to do his job.
The tools our kidneys use to eliminate acids are called “minerals”. These are chemical elements such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium etc. Unfortunately our modern acid-laden diet has a striking lack of these. The result is that acids and toxins build up behind the kidneys.
The acids and harmful substances which have not been eliminated firstly accumulate in the fats surrounding the kidneys themselves and the intestines. Our clever body then dilutes these acids with water. The result of this is that our belly or backside gets fatter.
If the state of emergency due to the undersupply of minerals to the kidneys is not sorted out, then ever greater areas of the back and the abdomen become filled with acids, toxins and waste products. This soon leads to tension in the back muscles, lumbago and sciatica, and soon after to a wide variety of disc problems. These are caused by the acids and toxins softening the discs between our vertebrae, which are usually hard. This is the reason why they move when we put physical strain on them that they are not used to, sometimes resulting in severe pain.
In the case of a slipped disc, the disc tissue arches outwards or leaks. This can lead to compression of the nerves or even of the spinal marrow, with sensory or motor malfunctions and paralysis. This makes itself felt as sudden violent pain, usually in the lumbar region. The pain can even radiate into the legs or arms. It is often accompanied by feelings of numbness, tingling or pins and needles. Coughing or sneezing makes the pain worse. The severity of the pain leads to a relieving posture, followed by flattening of the normal physiological hollow back and sometimes by the spinal column bending sideways.
The ladder continues on after disc problems and finishes with osteoporosis and depletion of the joints and bones.
This depletion has to be remedied by changing the diet and the acid-intensive behaviors and eating habits. It must also be remedied by providing an over-generous supply of minerals through eating a rounded vegetarian diet daily, and at the same time enlisting the help of five to seven teaspoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity in the short term, and two to four tablespoons permanently.
In the morning the day should begin with the mineral-rich breakfast porridge MorgenStund’, with a tablespoon of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) fruity stirred in. During the day moderate exercise should be taken, such as on the trampoline, walking, jogging or swimming.
To support the metabolism as many as alkaline applications as possible should be used with visits to the steam bath, alkaline foot baths, and AlkalineStockings and Sleeves worn overnight.
Eliminating the acids and toxins which are at the cause, consistently taking an over-supply of minerals for six to nine months, and consistent alkaline cleansing of the body will soon ensure regeneration and renewed firming of the discs which had become soft.
By disease we mean a state of need in which our body or mind finds itself. There can be states of need in terms of energy or material substances. States of need in terms of energy can be triggered by mental conflicts, nuclear catastrophes, excessive radiation from cell phones, high voltage power lines etc. The symptoms of states of need in terms of energy are depression, multiple sclerosis and other diseases.
The other group of diseases are states of need in terms of material substances. Dr. h. c. Peter Jentschura differentiates three groups: eliminations, accumulations and structural losses.
Diseases occur in three parts, the cause, the state of energetic and material need that occurs as a result of the cause, and a symptom which develops from this state of need.
Diseases are the logical result of inadequate nutrition, inadequate behaviour or toxification which has entered the body. These toxifications and acidifications often create actual consumptions in the body, with the development of wasting diseases such as osteoporosis, caries, parodontosis, hair loss, skin ageing etc.
However, our organism is very clever. It does not do anything wrong. It basically tries to keep us in the best possible physical and mental condition. For this reason it tries to avoid these structural losses as far as possible, or at least to put them off for as long as possible.
This is why when any harmful substances have entered the body or been formed by the metabolism, our organism tries to eliminate them through the sweat glands, the sebaceous glands or the mucous membranes with a large variety of eliminations such as sweating, eczema, spots, hemorrhoids and other forms of elimination. Leg ulcers too often belong to this group of eliminations or elimination diseases. But these should not actually be interpreted as diseases in the true sense of the word, as they are really intelligent measures taken by the body in order to remain or become healthy.
Another method used by the organism to avoid structural losses for as long as possible are accumulations. These include cellulite, gout and rheumatism, myomas, fibromas and other accumulations. The reason why these accumulations develop is usually the fact that the kidneys have been under-supplied with minerals. If too few minerals from vegetables and fruit are consumed, the kidneys are unable to eliminate all the toxins and acids. So they take minerals from the tissue, bones and cartilage of the person affected and using these they turn the acids and toxins into waste products which are then accumulated in the fats of the intestines and kidneys, in the subcutaneous fatty tissue and later in the connective tissue and muscles.
This measure too can not really be called a disease in the truest sense of the word, as it serves to preserve the body from drastic losses or structural damage.
In this respect proper diseases include only the so-called structural losses. When these occur, initially wastage of the tissues, bones, cartilage, skin, hair etc., can be observed. Later these losses of tissue cause reductions in function and ultimately loss of function. Until this stage is reached, the body will try to dilute the causal toxins and acids by forming edemas or inflammations, or to flush them out with a large rush of blood.
Dr. h. c. Peter Jentschura has called the diseases of modern civilization “civilisatosis”. All these various diseases are caused by acids and toxins. However, people react to these in very different ways. We distinguish three types of metabolism which are characterized by different symptoms.
The difference in physical reactions may be down to the difference in the mental structure of the individuals affected. There are people who are hurt mentally very quickly. You only need to make a few sharp comments to someone of this type and they are immediately offended, go off in a huff or are otherwise hurt mentally.
The next character is the “resentful type”. He doesn’t show any reaction to insults or hurtful remarks, but he remembers them and takes revenge when he gets the appropriate opportunity, sometimes days, weeks or years later. This is the “resentful” character“.
The third character is the “happy soul”. This character doesn’t take any comment, reproach, or even praise or criticism particularly seriously. He quickly comes to terms with any damage to his spirit. He gets over it and deals with it with a few bright or cheeky comments.
Analogously to these character types, there are also three types of metabolism. The character who gets hurt very quickly has a metabolism which reacts quickly to acids and toxins. He gets caries and parodontosis. He suffers from skin ageing and hair loss. He suffers from spinal disc problems and osteoporosis, stomach and other ulcers or other structural loss. And of course these can also relate to his glands, blood vessels or organs.
The second metabolic type reacts to acids and toxins with buildups. He forms stones, whether dental calculus, bladder stones, kidney stones or gall stones. Cellulite, gout, rheumatism, lipomas or other deposits develop. These deposits are neutralized acids and toxins which the body binds with protein structures or minerals. These waste products are stored by the organism in its fats or fatty tissue and diluted there with water. This is the direct route to cellulite, obesity, gout, rheumatism etc.
The third metabolic type eliminates all the acids and toxins which have entered his body as quickly as possible. He sweats and has hot flushes. He has hemorrhoids or eczema. Or he eliminates acids and toxins via spots, boils or abscesses. These eliminations also include ulcers such as leg ulcers or other phenomena.
According to Dr. h. c. Jentschura, neither the widest variety of buildups nor the widest variety of eliminations should be referred to as diseases. Both phenomena are clever ways in which a body whose organism has excess toxins and acids copes with these in the best possible way as appropriate to its own metabolic type.
Only the lamentable structural damage caused by osteoporosis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia etc. should be classed as diseases.
According to Dr. h. c. Jentschura, the first thing to do in order to overcome the diseases of modern civilization is to follow his three commandments of health. These are:
So if you want to become healthy, for a while you have to avoid those acids and toxins which have been identified as the causes. These may arise from excessive consumption of indulgence foods, from extreme muscular activity, but also from smoke breathed in at your place of work etc.
The next thing to do is to regenerate any structural damage that occurred to your skin and hair, cartilage, bones and teeth. This will need an overabundant supply of minerals and vital substances which can be obtained from a daily rounded vegetarian diet and from five to seven tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity.
Accumulations can be released by drinking plenty of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) the herbal tea and metabolized by a rounded vegetarian diet and three to five tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity a day. Strengthening your kidneys with the minerals contained in WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) is especially important in this.
In addition, the third step is to eliminate as many acids and harmful substances as possible through the skin and the mucous membranes by using the alkaline applications developed by Dr. h. c. Jentschura.
Eliminations, whether sweating, hemorrhoids etc., can be overcome by avoiding excess toxins and acids in future by supporting the liver and kidneys with five or more tablespoons of WurzelKraft and using frequent alkaline applications in order to liberate the body from acids, toxins and harmful substances. By using these applications consistently you can overcome unwelcome eliminations such as eczema, spots and hemorrhoids.
