Massage for face, neck and décolleté

We humans eliminate our acids, toxins and harmful substances outwards and in particular “forwards”. Throughout our life, the chest with its vital organs and functions relieves itself of all the substances which may harm it by transporting them outwards to its periphery and its elimination organs and areas. This starts with the forehead and possibly its receding hairline, and continues via streaming eyes and a dripping or sneezing nose, via the mucus secretions of the tonsils or via the plaque from the periodontal pockets.

Of course these secretions also include the gases breathed out forwards by the lungs via the bronchial tubes and the nose. Under our arms we eliminate forwards, we sweat in the groin region, and also our urine is excreted “forwards”.

Eliminations which are directed forwards affect or impact on our hands and feet. On our hands in old age we suffer from gouty knots and age spots, and from increasingly less attractive nails. On our feet in old age we suffer amongst other things from leg ulcers, from diabetic foot problems, from gangrene to necrosis, from athlete’s foot, cracked skin, heel spurs and other ailments. Our skin is particularly affected by the “forwards elimination”.

So-called skin ageing is nothing other than the result of the accumulation of acids and harmful substances beneath the skin, which affect the collagen fibers and the subcutaneous tissue and thus lead to increasingly poor blood circulation of the skin, unattractive accumulations, wrinkles, bags under the eyes and the wrinkled skin of the lower eyelids, along with whatever other unwelcome phenomena there may be on our front. In old age other phenomena appear on our front, such as cysts in the female breast, which are erroneously cut out right to the armpits, and should additionally be treated with alkaline baths and/or alkaline compresses. Or hairs suddenly grow out of the nose and ears, while the hair growth on the head becomes scantier.

Procedure

We start by manually cleansing the face, neck and décolleté close to the face. We start regenerating these areas using a cleansing measure which is as effective as it is easy, and which every one of us can carry out. This comprises removing acids, toxins and harmful substances from the forehead, the face, the neck and the décolleté. Our tools are the soft facial brushes, the heels of our hands just under our thumbs, the three middle fingers or the ends of these.

If we take a look at the lymphatic drainage system of our upper body, then we see that this originates from sources immediately above the forehead, and then flows via the lymph nodes in front of the ears down the neck and into the upper chest area leading right and left into the armpits. There the harmful substances, smelling more or less strongly, are eliminated through the sweat glands. It is important to open up this path or drainage every morning with suitable massages and stroking, so that the harmful substances which have been transported forwards during the night can flow out.

This applies equally to men and women. It is precisely these harmful substances that are the origins of hair loss, skin ageing, wrinkles, crows’ feet and naturally also spots, the various forms of acne, red eyelids and eyes, bags under the eyes etc. Let us push them out, along the path of the lymphatic drainage down to the armpits! With healthy, robust skin we proceed as follows: the stroking can be done using the dry soft facial brush.  
This effective measure can be carried out just as well using the hands or fingers in alkaline bathwater. This option is also highly recommended for sensitive skin. For more robust skin, we start by wetting the face. We take a pinch of MeineBase (AlkaBath) alkaline bath salts in our hands, rub the salts into a little water until all the grains have dissolved, and then use our stroking.

The alkalinity of the dissolved bath salts will very quickly stimulate the sebaceous glands to secrete the skin’s moisture, so that in short time a pleasant smooth film will form, which means we can carry out our stroking effortlessly. Cleansing the head is done in eleven steps, which are illustrated in the pictures alongside and the associated texts. All eleven strokes are carried out one after the other on both sides five to seven times.

We will start with step 1 on the right side of the upper body, which is smoothed out five to seven times using the left hand. Then the left side of the body is smoothed out five to seven times with the right hand. We always work crossed over, so the right hand is used on the left side of the head and body, and the left hand on the right side.

Step 1

We stare by tapping, pressing and stroking the lymph nodes which are situated between the collarbone and the armpit, all towards the armpits.

Step 2

Our second step is to stroke the neck downwards over the lymph nodes of the décolleté to the armpit.

Step 3

Then we move down from the ears along the neck to the armpit.

Step 4

Now we make five to seven strokes on each side from the middle of the forehead to the right and the left, down in front of the ears, along the neck to the armpit.

Step 5

Now we work from the middle of the forehead outwards, first right, then left, down the nose, right then left over the chin and then down the neck to the respective armpit.

Step 6

Five to seven strokes from the root of the nose follow, out to the right and then to the left, over the respective eyelid to the ears, then down to the armpits.

Step 7

We make the next strokes out from the bridge of the nose to the right and left and over the ears. Five times to the right and five times to the left, always moving out from the nose across the cheekbones to the ears, from there down the head in front of the ears, then down the neck to the armpits.

Step 8

We start below the nose and stroke the upper lip five to seven times out to the right and left. Then the stroke leads on under the ear, then from there down the neck to the respective armpit.

Step 9

Again we make five to seven strokes respectively, this time from the middle of the chin below the mouth across right to the neck, then down to the armpit, always five to seven times to the right and five to seven times to the left.

Step 10

Now we start at the chin bone on the right and stroke down the neck and then onwards to the armpit. This is followed by five to seven strokes starting on the left of the chin bone, leading down the neck and on to the left armpit.

Step 11

To maintain or achieve an attractive décolleté we stroke and push repeatedly from the middle of the décolleté outwards to the armpits. This happens in at least three stages. We start at the base of the neck and finish with the third stage, always five to seven strokes to the right and then to the left, always from the middle of the body to the armpits, at the edge of the breasts.

Step 12

In the last step we grasp our left shoulder with our right hand until we reach the spine. Then we apply a little pressure to the spine and massage from there via the crest forwards to the lymph nodes. We do the same with the left hand on the right side of the body. Finally we massage in and around the armpits. 

Using these measures to cleanse the face, neck and décolleté, preferably at least twice or three times a week, has repeatedly been shown to deliver amazingly fast and effective results in cleansing and regenerating the three areas of the face, neck and décolleté. It also leads to the elimination of unpleasant skin impurities.

Menopause

Ideally as we get older we should be rewarded with a high quality of life after we have put in so much effort and professional commitment, after caring for our children, meeting our obligations and seeing the success of our projects. Yet one of the great ironies of life is that the older we become, the more afflictions appear.

During the menopause the female body is conducting an experiment. A large number of psychological effects occur together with a series of general discomforts which appear insignificant, yet day by day reduce the quality of our lives and restrict the ease with which we carry out our activities.

Hot flushes, unexpected excessive sweating alternates with tiredness and a general physical sense of unwellness. A rapidly ageing skin, unattractive edemas, the loss of resilience and radiance, thinning hair and the dreaded onset of osteoporosis cast dark shadows over the years to come.

What is the menopause?

The menopause is a stage in a woman’s life which is characterized initially by the end of her reproductive ability. The previous regular process of detoxification through menstruation also stops.

For this reason the body tries by various means to remove the impurities from its organism. Additionally there is a reduction in the production of certain hormones. All these factors result in the well-known ailments and a continuous feeling of discomfort.

Depending on the make-up of their metabolism, the menopause is marked by different symptoms of ailments in different women. Some women age very quickly during and after the menopause. These women get gray hair and gray, dry skin. They lose teeth and get osteoporosis.

Another metabolic type is inclined to accumulations. These women get cellulite, gout or rheumatism. Many of these women get edemas, and store water and fat to dilute the accumulated waste products. The consequence of this storage is that they put on weight and become less visually attractive.

A third type of women are inclined to a wide variety of eliminations after the menopause, such as hot flushes and sweating, spots, hemorrhoids etc.

You are about to see that it is relatively easy to overcome metabolic problems in and after the menopause. Let us take a look at what can be done and what should not be done. Because in and after the menopause a lot of things need to be done differently than how they were done before, and you need to stop doing other things that you used to get away with. To put it simply, after the menopause the little metabolic sins are punished immediately, whereas during your fertile years they left the body once a month.

Daily plan for the menopause:

Our body now needs an increased amount of nutrients and minerals to ensure the built-up of acids and toxins are properly eliminated and to provide an auxiliary mechanism to guarantee continuous purification. We recommend taking five to seven tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity every day, distributed so as to fit in with the course of your day.

It is important to support the kidneys with alkaline-generating minerals such as those contained in WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity, so that no accumulations develop in the organism. Without minerals, acids and toxins can not be metabolized and then eliminated by the kidneys. Without the help of these minerals rich in energy, the kidneys are overloaded due to the elimination of acids, and this leads to pain and accumulations in the stomach, back and buttocks.

It is important to mention that taking WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity won’t make you put on weight. Quite the opposite, as WurzelKraft speeds up metabolic activity and is also very suitable for diabetics.

We should support our metabolic activities by initially drinking 4-6 cups of  7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb). After you have gotten used to this for a while, this can be increased gradually to one or two litres a day in order to release and flush out the acids and toxins more quickly. The harmful substances are flushed out by using alkaline applications with the alkaline and mineral bath salts MeineBase (AlkaBath).

As often as possible AlkalineStockings should be worn. These consist of 2 pairs, an inner pair made of cotton and an outer pair of pure virgin wool. The inner pair is soaked in a solution made from a teaspoon of MeineBase (AlkaBath) to one litre of water, and then wrung out well. The dry outer stockings are put on top of the damp inner pair. Remember that these are very pleasant to wear. And they will also ensure you deep and relaxing sleep.

The AlkalineStockings can also be used in the event of varicose veins. It would also be ideal to take long full baths or foot baths with MeineBase (AlkaBath). The alkalinity of the water stimulates the elimination of acids and toxins. The alkaline applications are very important for women during the menopause in particular, as the fact that their periods have stopped causes a build-up of acids and toxins. Eliminating them with the help of the alkaline applications is thus very important, as this works like a substitute period.

1. Avoid all harmful things!

Due to your periods stopping, you should be more careful in respect of foods which create acids. Reduce your consumption of coffee, cooking salt, strong spices, cola drinks, meat, fast food, sugar and candy. Reduce excessive demands on your muscles. Your metabolism should be kept aerobic, so you should never get out of breath.

2. Eat, drink and do beneficial things!

Due to your lack of periods your requirement for minerals doubles, so it makes sense to change to a rounded vegetarian diet. In any event you should eat mainly vegetable foods, in other words raw food, vegetables, WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity and fruit in moderation. To support your kidneys eat five or more tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) every day.

3. Eliminate all harmful things!

You can achieve the release of the waste products which have accumulated in your body with the help of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) and in addition by drinking one to two litres of non-carbonated water a day. The metabolization and neutralization of the acids and toxins which have been released can be achieved with the help of alkaline-generating food, and chiefly by eating MorgenStund’ for breakfast, vegetables and fruit during the day and five to seven tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity during the day.

The neutralized waste products can then be eliminated through the consistent use of alkaline full baths or foot baths, by wearing AlkalineStockings or Sleeves, with alkaline compresses, alkaline inhalations, peelings and one or two alkaline enemas a month. 
Regular alkaline applications used as a substitute period will guarantee that you remain healthy and beautiful.

Metabolism

By metabolism we mean the sum total of all the chemical processes our organism carries out to sustain life. These processes are so complex and delicate that no human mind would ever succeed in grasping and fathoming their vast complexity.

Let us keep in mind the fact that the most important characteristic of the metabolism is that it is a “reaction in a watery solution”. The most important element of our organism is oxygen. 82% of our body consists of this. The largest proportion of the oxygen is associated with the water in our bodies. We consist of 70 % water, and our brain is even 90 % water.

Nearly all the fluids in our bodies, right down to the salt acids in our stomach, are slightly alkaline. The alkalinity of our body fluids is the basic requirement for maintaining our health for a long time, and above all also our beauty.

Acids both destroy the structures of our skin and hair, teeth and bones, and also destroy the function and structure of our enzymes and our complicated organs, which means that as a result of this damage functional disorders soon set in and in the long term even functional failures can occur.

The two most important functions of the metabolism are firstly to develop, supply and maintain all the structures, organs and functions, and secondly to remove all harmful substances from the organism by means of the wide variety of eliminations.

The two most important components of the metabolism are that it is supplied with alkaline-generating minerals and vital substances, and that acids and toxins are removed from the organism. This happens by means of the alkalinity of the alkaline applications we have developed. We learned about these alkaline applications from and through nature, as for nine months nature practices the alkaline general cleansing of the human body in the alkaline amniotic fluid of the mother-to-be.

Migraine

The term migraine is used to refer to headaches which are particularly strong and “toxic”. They generally tend to recur, sometimes as attacks of pain which affect only one side of the head, but also sometimes affecting the whole head.

We wonder why this pain, which occurs especially in women, happens regularly and why the head is affected. The reason why the head is affected is that the organism, controlled by the various hormones of estrogen, gestagen and histamine, properly collects acids and toxins from the entire organism and pushes them up through the back of the neck into the scalp. The scalp is a large mineral store. These minerals are used to neutralize and metabolize acids and toxins. But unfortunately they also cause vicious pains in the back of the neck and head.

The regularity of migraines in women results from the regularity of their menstruation. Migraine often strikes ten, five or three days before the next period. This pain is a signal that the body is overloaded with acids and toxins and that it now needs the scalp as its last resort for the metabolism.

If you are affected by migraine, logically for three to six months you should avoid excessive sport and indulgence foods. You should avoid meat and sausage products, cooking salt, cola drinks, candy and coffee. As far as possible you should also avoid stress and anger.

The second measure to overcome migraine is to have a plentiful daily supply of vital substances. Start every day with a good portion of the breakfast porridge MorgenStund’, to which you have added one or two tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) fruity. Drink carrot juice, mango juice or another healthy juice with it. Drinking plenty of non-carbonated water is also recommended with migraine. Fruit juices such as orange, pineapple and grapefruit are less suitable.

During the day you should eat at least five to seven tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity. This will strengthen the elimination function of your kidneys and provide the organism with a rich supply of minerals, which will be able to replenish the stocks in the scalp and metabolize the acids and toxins which are present in the blood, tissues and cells of the organism.

With migraine it is especially important to use the appropriate alkaline applications, such as alkaline deacidification in the steam bath, wearing an alkaline neck wrap overnight, alkaline full baths and alkaline foot baths taken in the evening before going to bed.

AlkalineStockings and Sleeves worn at night have been shown to be particularly helpful. Night after night they draw acids and toxins out of the body, just like the alkaline neck wrap, and thus provide relief for the metabolism, the internal organs and above all the back of the neck and the head.

Think about your favorite foods too. They might contain an allergen which is partly responsible for your migraines. This could be milk or candies or cola drinks. It could also be due to eating too many strong spices or also putting excessive stress on your muscles, which generates lactic acid in the body. Sometimes we need to think about our hobbies or our favorite foods when we are afflicted by ailments such as migraine.

You should also avoid eating and drinking habits and behaviours that may be supplying you with acids! Follow a rounded vegetarian diet which is orientated mainly around vegetables for a few months. For breakfast eat a portion of MorgenStund’ with one to two tablespoons of the dry granulate WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity! During the day eat another three to five tablespoons of WurzelKraft.

Use the above described alkaline applications as often as possible. If it ever gets really bad, then drink a glass of water to which you have added a heaped teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate. Drink this glass down quickly so that it is not metabolized with the salt acids in the stomach, but is able to extend its alkalinity from the small intestine to the entire body. If you follow the measures we have recommended, then you should be well on the way to forgetting your previous affliction of migraine before too long.

Minerals

By minerals we mean elements such as calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, selenium, zinc etc. Minerals have the property of combining easily with oxygen. This process is known as oxidation, which is derived from the Latin name Oxygenium.

In the metabolism, on the one hand the function of minerals is to build our bones, cartilages and tendons. They are also important participants in our metabolism, where they function as so-called “alkalizing agents”.

We humans are alkaline beings, as almost all the secretions and fluids in our metabolism and organism have alkaline values of over pH 7. Providing our organism with minerals is therefore just as important for maintaining our health and above all our beauty as it is for supplying our kidneys.

If sufficient minerals are not made available to the kidneys they are unable to eliminate acids and toxic substances. The acids then build up in the fat surrounding the kidneys and intestines. The body then surrounds the built-up acids with fat and water, which leads to increasing weight gain and also to adiposity, cellulite, gout and rheumatism.

This happens when not only the fats, but also the subcutaneous fatty tissue and subsequently also the connective tissue, joints and muscles fill up with accumulations.

Muscle ache

If you decide to take care of the external appearance of your body and start going to the gym, you will certainly want to put your endurance and performance to the test. If you are used to training and are unable to stop, then you will also identify with the well-known muscle ache.

Developing new routines, in other words exercising muscles you didn’t know you had or had forgotten all about, can cause you certain discomfort or even real pain the next day. If you are in the habit of training and change something in your routine, or even worse if you interrupt the process, you will certainly not feel too good after your next training session.

It is also not good when you feel sluggish during the day and want to get rid of your stress at the gym. You can rarely relax when you do this, and this excess often ends with an aching body or with your not being able to get to sleep.

These things happen because the body needs to be trained gradually, with the correct breathing and above all a plentiful supply of nutrients to give it strength and endurance. This type of support is a million miles away from synthetic substances. It is getting even closer to nature, and is the result of natural science, the aim of which is to improve our health.

What is muscle ache?

If we do not take enough exercise our organism is under-supplied with oxygen and overloaded with carbonic acid. If you try to compensate for these two things by taking strenuous physical exercise in the evening, then this overexertion quickly leads to over-acidification of the organism through the production of lactic acid.

But it is not only the lactic acid which is responsible for the muscle ache. When this acid has been formed due to strong anaerobic demands on the muscles, many sportsmen continue to strain their muscles despite the pain which is sent by the body as a warning. There is now the risk of so-called micro tears forming in the muscle, which make the unpleasant and painful situation worse, and unnecessarily make the time needed for regeneration longer.

If you think that you are developing muscle ache, then get yourself a glass of water and add one tablespoon of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity and one teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate. But never overdo the sodium bicarbonate. This is only an acute urgent measure and should never be regarded as long-term treatment!

The acids which have built up in the connective tissue not only antagonize the muscles with pain and possibly with micro tears of the muscle fiber, but also directly aggravate the nerves. The more overacidified their bodies are, the more sensitive people are to pain. This is the reason why we have to be moderate and consistent when we practice sport, and not overstrain the body.

Due to the overexertion we also do not want to stop abruptly because of the acids produced by the anaerobic sport. The more regularly we train, the smaller the build-up of acids in the body. On the one hand because there is better circulation, there is more oxygen available to the body to create energy. In addition less acid is created in a trained muscle, because it has been trained to create energy. On the other hand the acids which are created can be eliminated better because of the improved blood circulation and the fact that the organism is better trained overall.

Alkaline regeneration in sport

Regular exercise is good, as it improves the supply of oxygen, and also the elasticity of the tendons, the mobility of the joints and the function of the muscles. Exercise also helps to reduce the size of the belly and prevents you looking like a Michelin man.

The three rules of healthy sport from Dr. h. c. Peter Jentschura:

Rule 1:

Take alkaline-generating minerals beforehand!

Rule 2:

Deacidify using alkaline body care after sport!

Rule 3:

Continuously regenerate using alkalines and alkaline-generating substances!

Before training we recommend that you provide your body with preventive minerals. You can do this by taking one to two tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity, the great omni-molecular food. WurzelKraft is an excellent ally with a wealth of vital substances if you hold back on consuming fruit and vegetables and tend to base your diet around proteins and carbohydrates instead. After training you should always treat yourself to another one to two tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity.

You should also aim to eliminate the lactic acid you have produced through your skin by using various applications with MeineBase (AlkaBath), the alkaline and mineral bath salts, for instance with alkaline full baths or an alkaline foot bath.

The bath salts will create an alkaline pH value of 8.5. This will not only help you to relax, but the alkalinity of the water will also stimulate the elimination of acids and toxins, and will also help to combat general problems such as inflammations or fungal diseases on the feet, which often develop in the gym.

AlkalineStockings used overnight are especially suitable for sportsmen. These consist of 2 pairs, an inner pair made of cotton and an outer pair made of virgin wool. The cotton inner pair is immersed in a litre of water containing one teaspoon of MeineBase (AlkaBath) and wrung out well.

The dry outer stockings are then put on over the top of the moist inner pair. Due to the alkalinity of the inner stockings, acids and toxins are drawn out of the body overnight and thus our feet work as “auxiliary kidneys”. The AlkalineStockings also ensure that cramps in the calves and prickling in the feet disappear, and that you get to sleep easily and sleep through the night.

You can avoid muscle ache in future by drinking half a litre to one litre of water two hours before you do sport, training or competitions. This will prevent the loss of water from your cells through sweating.

Two to three hours before sport, training or competitions take two to three teaspoons or even tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife). This will prevent you losing minerals from your skin and hair, teeth, cartilage or bones.

Use the breaks in training or competitions to rinse your body with an alkaline solution. Rub at least your back and legs intensively from top to bottom with a solution made of several litres of water and a heaped teaspoon of MeineBase (AlkaBath), rub yourself dry and carry on with your sport.

After you have undergone particular exertion, then rinse yourself down again at the end of your training or try to take an alkaline foot bath or an alkaline hip bath or full bath. To avoid muscle ache go to bed after a day of exertions wearing AlkalineStockings. In this way the lactic acid will be eliminated overnight through the lower legs and the feet.

After sport or competition take one or two tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity. This will ensure good muscle construction and fast regeneration.

Mycosis

Over the decades of our life, our organism becomes acidified more or less quickly. Uric acid and urea are created due to cells in our body dying off. Phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, lactic acid and many other harmful organic and inorganic acids arise due to the numerous indulgence foods we consume. The body tries to eliminate these substances which are damaging to its structures via the epidermis and its mucous membranes.

In this acid environment, a great variety of fungi can grow, which are referred to scientifically as mycoses. They come to our help as “toxin and acid eaters”, as a Hungarian doctor who was a friend of Dr. h. c. Peter Jentschura once appropriately put it. The world and the scientific community should be grateful to Dr. Emila Rippel. Just like we do in our company, she also supports the pleomorphic view of our cells.

Under certain chemical circumstances in our organism, our cells can change into bacteria or fungi. However, this transformation of a body cell or a blood cell into a bacterium or a fungus is not directed against the body, but in fact happens for its preservation. Once the person has brought the chemistry of his metabolism back to order, then the fungi and bacteria turn back into normal healthy cells or blood corpuscles.

Mycoses of the epidermis, the toenails and fingernails and also fungal conditions of the mucous membranes are thus solely a result of the chemical circumstances prevailing due to the acidification and toxification, and are in no way the result of infections.

A healthy body whose epidermis and mucous membranes are not full of waste products or acidified will therefore also not be afflicted by fungi, such as are found for example in the sauna, the steam bath or the swimming pool or a hotel room carpet. A healthy skin and mucous membranes which are free of waste products and acids are the prerequisite for a life without mycoses.

What can be done for mycoses?

The territory of the epidermis and the mucous membranes has to be sanified! To do this, in future excessive enjoyment of the indulgence foods which create acids, and if necessary also excessive sporting activity must be reduced, minimized or avoided for a time.

The second step in sanifying the territory of the organism which is afflicted with fungi is to provide it with a more than plentiful supply of minerals that are rich in energy for three to six, or even twelve, months. Three to five tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity a day is suitable for doing this, and in the first three months perhaps even five to seven tablespoons, in other words a teaspoonful every hour.
