Sweating

Thermal sweating

Sweating is a natural process used by the body to regulate its temperature. Water forms on the surface of the skin for a reason: as it evaporates the increased temperature is reduced. The sweat of a healthy person which forms for the purpose of regulating the temperature does not smell.

Elimination sweating

Sweat smells sharp, strong or strange when the various toxins, acids and harmful substances are eliminated through the sweat glands. This elimination occurs as a detoxification measure by the body. In this case there is no need to form sweat for reasons of temperature.

The reason for this elimination of sweat is excessive consumption of indulgence foods, cooking salt, sope, candy etc. It may also be due to a weakness in elimination by the liver, intestines or kidneys, which forces the organism to use supplementary elimination through the skin.

This elimination should be encouraged with alkaline foot baths and full baths, with AlkalineStockings and sleeves, with alkaline peel and other alkaline applications, and in no event should it be suppressed with antiperspirants or even by removing the sweat glands!

Another way of helping the metabolism in the event of elimination sweating consists in taking two to five teaspoons or tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity every day. The minerals contained in this granulate made from one hundred plants enable the kidneys to eliminate substantially more acids and harmful substances than would be possible without this important supply of minerals.

1. Sweat from the feet

Sweat from the feet generally smells of urine. This is because the feet are the auxiliary kidneys of the human body, and because elimination takes place through the foot if there are problems in the area of the kidneys and the water-eliminating organs.

If you have sweaty feet, alkaline kidney wraps are helpful. When using these two large slices of onion should be placed on your kidneys, and a large alkaline wrap is then placed around the entire body. For this two to three litres of water should be prepared, to which you add a tablespoon of P. Jentschura MeineBase (AlkaBath). Once the salts have dissolved, a large hand towel should be placed in the water. Wet this thoroughly, then take it out and wring it out firmly. It is then wrapped around the entire chest. Place a warm dry towel on top, and also place a hot water bottle on top of the kidneys.

Alkaline foot baths which last a long time are very helpful for sweaty feet, as are the AlkalineStockings worn as often as possible either during the day or at night. To support the metabolism we also recommend taking five or more teaspoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity.

If problems in passing water point to problems in the area of the kidneys, bladder etc. as the cause, then care should be taken with the quantities drunk in order not to unnecessarily expose the “sweaty foot” to the risk of colic. Generally 1- 2 litres of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) and one litre of non-carbonated water are enough, depending on the elimination capacity of the kidneys. If necessary a small amount of birch leaves can be mixed into the P. Jentschura 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) before brewing.

2. Sweat from the armpits

The armpits are where the lymphatic drainage system of the upper body is discharged, and especially that of the head and neck, and also of the female breast. It is essential to ensure that the flow of sweat, and with it the elimination of acids, toxins and harmful substances, is not hindered by the use of deodorants or antiperspirants.

In fact quite the opposite is true, as to support the elimination function of the armpits and at the same time prevent the formation of any unpleasant odors, it is recommended to wash the armpits either in the morning or repeatedly during the day with soap and water, and then gently rub in a little of the alkaline bath salts MeineBase. You should rub very gently so as to avoid the skin becoming red or irritated. After this alkaline body care, the alkaline solution should be left to dry.

3. Sweat from the hands

Severe sweating on the inner surfaces of the hands is unpleasant for both the person affected and also anyone else who receives a damp handshake. It is recommended to take alkaline hand baths which last a long time, for example during breaks, or when watching television or reading. Add a heaped teaspoon of the alkaline bath salts MeineBase (AlkaBath) to a bowl containing two to three litres of warm water.

Taking ample hand baths in the morning is just as important and helpful, and above all brushing your hands in cool alkaline water.

A real miracle remedy is AlkalineSleeves worn overnight. For these take the AlkalineStockings. Place the cotton inner stockings in an alkaline solution made using MeineBase (AlkaBath), with one teaspoon of the bath salts to one litre of warm water. Then take the inner stockings out, wring them out firmly until you can not get another drop out, then put the stockings on as sleeves with their residual moisture, put the dry pure virgin wool stockings on over the top and keep them on overnight.

In this way not only the hands, but also both arms will be detoxified overnight. Soon the person previously affected by sweaty hands will start to feel calm and secure, and the sweaty hands problem will disappear.

4. Elimination sweating at night

Sweating at night or in the early morning is extremely unpleasant. People affected often wake up at night, change their nightwear, turn their bedding over and then can’t get back to sleep. The easiest and often the most successful way to avoid sweating at night is to wear AlkalineStockings at night, and possibly AlkalineSleeves in addition along with an alkaline neck wrap.

These stockings, sleeves and compresses can be prepared with cool water in summer when it is warm, and with very warm water in winter when it is cold. They will then be refreshing in summer and warming in winter. But they will always relieve the strain on the metabolism, which is very important especially at night, for example to avoid nighttime sweating.

Another way of avoiding sweating at night is to eat one or two teaspoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity and drink a glass of water before going to bed. If you wake up sweating despite doing this, then you should take another one or two teaspoons of WurzelKraft and another glass of water.

If you have got out of bed sweating to drink your water and eat some WurzelKraft, then you should shower for a few minutes. Wet yourself briefly, then take some P. Jentschura MeineBase alkaline bath salts on a wet bath flannel and rub your wet body down. Rinse this off, rub yourself dry and then go back to bed. Lie in your most comfortable position, consciously breathe in and out slowly and deeply, and you will generally get back to sleep easily and sleep well through the night.

5. Sweating in the anal and genital area

This type of sweating is observed particularly in overweight people, and also in people with a low resistance to the temptations of modern indulgence foods. Above all it is natural to sweat in the genital and anal area during the hot months.

Alkaline washes using the bidet, or alkaline hip baths and full baths are helpful. But these sensitive areas should only be washed, and not brushed or scrubbed with bath salts. For particularly major problems with sweating in these two areas, the method of choice is alkaline salt trousers at night. It does not matter whether these are worn as a short or knee length underpants.

Prepare a litre of water, either warm or cool depending on your physical condition. Add a heaped teaspoon of MeineBase alkaline bath salts and dissolve well. Immerse the cotton underpants for a short time, then wring them out firmly and wear overnight together with the residual moisture. One or two dry pairs of trousers should be worn on top to prevent you catching a chill overnight. It all depends of course on the temperature in your bedroom.

6. Sweating on the forehead and nose

People often sweat a great deal on the forehead and nose. Or particularly intensive sebum secretions are observed there. If this is the case, then these two areas, known in the cosmetics sector as the oily T-zone, should be washed once a day with soap. Once or twice a week applying an alkaline fleece mask is recommended to eliminate acids and other harmful substances through the sebaceous glands. If the facial skin is too oily after taking the mask off, then wash carefully with soap.

7. Sweating during and after the menopause

Sweating during and after the menopause is a sensible measure by the body to relieve itself via the sweat glands of acids, toxins and harmful substances which have built up after the regular monthly periods have stopped. This sweating could be called a substitute period. Logically this sweating occurs less if the woman affected is more careful in how she deals with the acidifiers of our times.

All the measures of alkaline body care are helpful, and especially full baths and foot baths lasting a long time, and of course AlkalineSleeves and Stockings worn overnight. Overnight these draw a large quantity of acids, toxins and harmful substances out through the lower legs and feet, arms and hands of the female body which has been afflicted up to now by a large number of outbreaks of sweating.

8. Itchy and burning feet

The cause of itching or burning of the soles of the feet, toes or in between the toes is the fact that various acids, toxins and harmful substances are transported into the feet by the organism, so that they can be eliminated there through the epidermis or toenails. The greater the quantity of these harmful substances and the more aggressive they are, the more the initial itching will later turn to burning or even pain.

The next stages are the formation of edemas or gangrene, diabetic foot problems or even leg ulcers. Taking alkaline foot baths that last a long time and wearing AlkalineStockings overnight are always recommendable. The ailments generally are felt especially strongly in the early hours of the morning, in other words at the time of the strong acid flow between 05.00 and 07.00.

Sufferers of this phenomenon can help themselves at night by drinking a glass of water to which a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate has been added, the so-called alkaline drink, at around 03.00 or 04.00. It is best also to eat a heaped tablespoon of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity, together with a further glass of non-carbonated water.

9. Summary

You can look forward to saying goodbye to this unsavory and unpleasant sweating soon. Without it, life will be more pleasant and more fun.

Look for the possible causes that we have just discussed and try to reduce your consumption of milk and milk products, cooking salt and strong spices, candy, chocolate and cola drinks, and also of meat, alcohol and cigarettes.

Use the effective alkaline body care applications consistently. When it is less stressed and purified, your body will reward you with the absence of sweating, a happy mood, a good attitude to life and a pleasant appearance of your face and body, and also with healthy sleep.

Symptom

The symptom of a disease is at the end of a causal chain, which extends from the cause via the mental or physical distress provoked by this through to a mental or physical symptom.

Mental symptoms can be depressions, aggressiveness or other behavioural disorders. These symptoms do not form the subject of this website. We are concerned here with the symptoms of our metabolism and our organism. But we would like to add that the causes of a great number of mental phenomena are to be found in toxification or acidification or our organism.

Nobody can be in a good mood, creative and resilient, and work well if their organism is damaged by acids and toxins and is permanently disrupted, when accumulations and build-ups form because of the acidification and toxification, and when the body tries to remove the acids and toxins it contains by means of unsavory eliminations through the mucous membranes and the epidermis.

The symptoms of structural damage such as spinal disc problems, osteoporosis, skin ageing, wear of the joints, etc. are the results of acidification and toxification. These symptoms represent losses from the body which can be referred to as diseases in the proper sense of the word.

The other groups of symptoms are accumulations and eliminations. These symptoms are not actual diseases, but attempts by the body to be, remain or become healthy.

In this respect, symptoms should never be fought or their occurrences concealed, but their causes should be sought. The distress which has occurred should be diagnosed. Structural losses need to be regenerated, accumulations need to be dissolved and eliminated. Eliminations should be made superfluous by preventing any further toxification, acidification or build-ups of mucus in the organism.

As healing takes place generally, the organism should be protected in future from acids and toxins and any possibly harmful behaviour or eating habits. At the same time the organism must be cleansed and its elimination organs strengthened.

To regenerate the tissues and cartilage, hair, teeth and bones, the organism must be provided with omni-molecular food and vital substances, and regular moderate aerobic exercise should be taken!
