7x7 KräuterTee flushes out and cleanses our cells, tissue, muscles, joints and organs. It releases the acids and toxins which are in the body, which our organism has deposited in the form of waste products in the areas of fat, subcutaneous fatty tissue, the connective tissue etc.

The tea also contains in solution many substances that our organism uses when we drink this tea. However its chief function is releasing, cleansing and flushing out the organism and its fluids and tissues.

As German naturopaths understand it, any herbal tea, and thus also 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb), is a diluted form of all the elements and substances which are contained in the herbs which make up the tea. If you are drinking 7x7 KräuterTee, it is not obligatory to take WurzelKraft as well or to carry out alkaline applications.

In Germany for instance we have so-called “tea fasts”, which consist of drinking only tea and water without eating any food for a certain time. It is important to mention that this fasting is undertaken by people who are in a constant process of cleansing and purifying their body, and are used to a particular diet and particular habits. For this reason their body can cope well with treatment of this kind.

In the case of a normal person, for efficient cleansing and regeneration we always recommend drinking additional non-carbonated water and several tablespoons of WurzelKraft, as rounded as possible a vegetarian diet and alkaline applications.

Indeed, we have customers who drink as much as 5 litres of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb)a day. Naturally they also take five to seven tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife), take alkaline foot baths and wear AlkalineStockings overnight.

In people who have a buildup of waste products and toxins, the herbal tea releases acids and toxins from the body fat, the subcutaneous fatty tissue and the connective tissue. It therefore makes sense to dilute these harmful substances with as much water as possible, and at the same time supply the body with WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) and its minerals.

The body fluids and now also the acids and toxins that have been released have to be eliminated through the kidneys. This can be successfully accomplished without any problems due to the water and with the mineral help provided by WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity.

Yes, if you do nothing to cleanse the waste products from your body other than drinking large quantities of tea, you may get headaches or pains in the limbs. For this reason people who have built up waste products or toxins should never drink the tea without giving alkaline-generating help to the metabolism and using alkaline aids to elimination.

7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) consists of 49 herbs and is designed so as to cleanse the entire organism with its cells, organs and fluids. Its task is to release the harmful substances which have been deposited in the cells and tissues and flush them out.

When these harmful substances are released, it often happens that acids and toxins which had been neutralized earlier emerge again and put a strain on the organism due to their aggressiveness. The minerals in this ensure that the harmful substances released are quickly eliminated by the kidneys, and thus prevent headaches and pains in the joints or elsewhere which might otherwise occur.

It is helpful in addition to the 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb), WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity and the rounded vegetarian diet also to drink one to two litres of non-carbonated water every day as far as possible.

For the rapid elimination of the acids and toxins which have been released, while you are drinking the tea you should repeatedly take alkaline foot baths and wear the AlkalineStockings overnight. It is also helpful of course to take a steam bath and while you are there to rub yourself with MeineBase (AlkaBath) bath salts, or to take alkaline full baths. If you suffer from headaches, likewise alkaline inhalations and an alkaline neck wrap overnight are recommended.

Please take all our recommendations to heart, and then headaches will be virtually ruled out. You will only get them if you drink too much at the next party you go to. But if this happens, we have put together some good tips for you.

7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) is one of the healthy foods. Its task is to flush through the human cells and tissues every day and transport as many acids and harmful substances as possible to the kidneys. In this respect this tea can just as well be drunk for adiposity, allergies and arteriosclerosis as for cellulite, eczema, gout and rheumatism, lipomas and fibromas, for leg ulcers, neurodermitis or psoriasis.

This tea is also an excellent cleanser for the organism and its functions in cases of male or female infertility, during the menopause or in old age.

7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) is a pleasant-tasting drink which you can, or even should drink your whole life long with two to three cups a day. Prepare it by using one teabag per cup. Thrifty housewives will use one teabag for half a litre of hot water. 

Or take one level tablespoon of the chopped herbs to one litre of boiling water. Stir briefly and leave to infuse for two to three minutes, before pouring through a strainer.

You should always prepare your 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) so that it has a light golden yellow color. This tea is meant to be a “dilution”, and not a strong herbal brew. 

As far as possible you should never leave the tea to infuse for longer than two to three minutes. In the first minutes of infusing, the minerals and alkaline substances that you need for your organism are released.

After five or even ten minutes of infusing, acid elements which you should not drink are also released.
