Sweating

Daily anti-sweating plan:

morning
  • 1 portion of MorgenStund’
  • 2-3 cups of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb)
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2-3 tablespoons of WurzelKraft aromatic or fruity (AlkaLife aromatic or fruity)
  • Hand and foot brushing in cold or warm water
  • Alkaline shower
during the day
  • 1-2 cups of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb)
  • 2-3 glasses of non-carbonated water
  • 2-3 tablespoons of WurzelKraft aromatic or fruity
  • Alkaline steam bath
evening
  • 1 cup of 7x7 KräuterTee
  • 1 glass of non-carbonated water
  • 1-2 tablespoons of WurzelKraft aromatic or fruity
  • 1 full bath or foot bath with MeineBase (AlkaBath) (30-45 minutes)
  • Alkaline inhalation
overnight
  • AlkalineStockings or Sleeves as often as possible
  • Alkaline neck wrap

Sweating

When people sweat at high air temperatures, this is a sensible mechanism of our human organism. The formation and evaporation of sweat prevent our bodies overheating. But it is a different matter with sweat which is formed by our bodies to eliminate acids and other toxic substances.

This sweat smells unpleasant, and should be regarded as a sensible regeneration measure by the body when it contains acids and toxins. This cleansing sweating should not be prevented by either the use of deodorants or antiperspirants, or the removal of sweat glands. You should think about which foods or luxury items may be toxifying the organism and leading to this unpleasant sweating.

Similarly it also makes sense to carry out the appropriate alkaline applications to relieve the body of the harmful substances which are causing the unpleasant sweating. Take alkaline foot baths and full baths, wear AlkalineStockings and Sleeves, use alkaline neck wraps and inhalations, and have an alkaline steam bath too.

Soon your body will be clean and the unpleasant sweating will have stopped. This approach is especially sensible for older men and for women during and after the menopause.
